Wonderful Shades of Brooklyn

The city, full of constant motion from the hustle & bustle of yellow (& green) cabs dashing this way and that down city streets & the pitter patter of hurried feet along the dusty pavement making their way to work, or school, an audition or wherever life seems to be guiding them that day. When Spring Time finally lays claim to our city the sounds of the city alter.  "Click" go the bike helmets, "Ring, Ring" go the bells, inhale/exhale go the people as they weave their way down the avenues past the yellow (& green cabs).

Spring time breathes life into our world & the city's landscape changes from a black, white & fifty shades of gray to bright reds, neon yellows, pinks & lush greens. New plants & flowers emerge & and dance to a rhythm of spring's breeze showing off their colors & natural beauty that only mother nature can take credit for.  

Shoe's are discarded.  Pale tiny feet meet the earth for the first time since seeking refuge inside the warmth of socks & shoes.
