Flea Market Finds

Yes!  Spring has sprung bringing with it the Brooklyn Flea, one of my favorite outdoor flea markets in these here parts. April is the month when Spring opens its grand outdoors and brings the Brooklyn Flea back outside!  You will find hundreds of vendors selling everything from antique refurbished furniture, vintage clothing, baby gear, cool art and so much more!  One year I even had the opportunity to interview photographer Matt Schwartz of  She Hit Pause Studios for W magazines blog, whom I had met at the Brooklyn Flea.  It's truly a magical little place where you can find inspiration no matter where you turn-and good God the food...not to be missed!

Here are some highlights from our most recent visit!

Vintage toys and knick knacks for big kids and little kids alike.

I fell in love with the bright hues and summer themed patterns from Winter Water Factory, an organic children's clothing line based in Brooklyn.

This wooden vintage rolling horse is full of character!  The wood sides open up making it a cool storage unit for little one's toys.

I found this blue corduroy jacket with large white buttons by Brooklyn Junior to be fun & fantastical for both spring and fall!

A rainbow of colored yarns available for my dear friends who knit and crochet!

Bebe Bird fascinated by the large pink elephant "in the room".

So, check it out!   Brooklyn Flea a treasure trove of goodies waiting to be discovered !
