I'm not a baby book kind of mama. Not because I don't want to be….I think baby books are just fine & baby book mamas are great and on top of it and have very good time management skills…my days, like many of you, are full of potty training, diaper changing, running to school, to the playground & wipping up a somewhat healthy meal here and there. The hours of my every day often slip away & before I know it my days become months, months fall into years & now he's 3-you follow me?
However, what I lack in baby book skills I make up with a personal blog I keep just for bebe bird (which in a sense is like a baby book) and I make videos for the lad to help capture memories. We (he, me & Papa) love this and often enough spend early mornings watching those videos "again & again" as demanded by the wee Bird. These little snip-its are a showcase of who he was, what he loved, how he walked, who he spent time with over the course of a year. We try to highlight his past year. To freeze this moment in time since we can't stop time.
So enjoy, and have a glimpse (if you have about 6 mins) into the world of a 2 year old Brooklyn boy in 2013...
